CLOUDY weather continued to prevail in the provincial capital here Thursday while several city areas received isolated showers.
MET officials predicted widespread thunderstorm and rain with heavy but isolated falls over Punjab, Kashmir, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Sindh.
Maximum temperature in the city was recorded as 37 C while minimum was 26.8 C. Humidity level was 85 per cent in morning and 58 per cent in evening.
Rains were recorded at several cities of the country and MET officials said well marked seasonal low was over Balochistan and a strong monsoon current from Arabian Sea was penetrating into sub-mountainous regions of Punjab and Kashmir. |
